Nuclear Medicine Single Ventilation Fume Hoods provide doctors with a full range of radiation protection when dispensing medicine. The Nuclear Medicine Single Ventilation Fume Hood is used for the experimental dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals and isotopes (such as I-131, Tc-99). Nuclear Medicine Single Ventilation Fume Hoods are mainly composed of three parts, namely the control area (separate exhaust unit and touch control panel for dosage calculation), the work area (lead glass window, two operating holes, and delivery window), and the auxiliary area (shielded delivery device for activity meter and medicine). The interior and exterior are decorated with stainless steel. For the dispensing of radioactive drugs, the four sides of the fume hood should be treated with lead protection.
It has the advantages of good quality, durability, smooth and flawless surface, beautiful design, strong radiation shielding ability, and easy installation.
1. First, get ready for the preparation time and connect the power supply. After that, switch on the exhaust system.
2. Open the lower double-door cabinet and use the automatic lifting device to transport the lead container with the radioactive liquid to the middle preparation tank.
3. Calculate the preparation dosage on the reading platform, and then use the two working ports to perform the preparation with the robotic arm. You can use the lead glass window to monitor the preparation at any time.
4. Open the flat door of the preparation port, transfer the prepared medication, and close all the windows, then disconnect the power supply.
