Double Ventilation Fume Hood is a large protective device used for the safe packaging of radioactive drugs (F18 radionuclide) in the field of nuclear medicine. It is mainly made of stainless steel and lead shielding materials through a series of welding processes, and clearly divides various working areas. The equipment is equipped with 4 working holes, two lead glass observation windows, a reading platform in the middle, a lifting device, a waste box, an independent ventilation duct, etc. Double Ventilation Fume Hood improves work efficiency and shielding thickness compared to the Single Vertical Fume Hood, providing operators with all-around radiation safety protection. The work area is all made of AISI 316 stain-resistant stainless steel. In an inert gas environment, all joints are welded by a suitably smooth arc and a grounded arc. All structural hardening means box stainless steel plates. The work surface is provided with raised edges to prevent leakage of contaminated liquid.
