The PET syringe transport carrier is a portable protective tool for nuclear medicine. It is made of stainless steel and wrapped with thick lead blocks to block radiation. The box has high density, good sealing, strong resistance to falling, and corrosion. The surface is smooth and can be cleaned with alcohol. Whether in nuclear medicine laboratories, treatment rooms, dispensing rooms, or PET examination rooms, it can safely transport radioactive drugs.
Double lead shielding: 3 mm and 6 mm lead thicknesses are commonly used, which can be flexibly selected according to the isotope energy.
All stainless steel shell: 304L stainless steel is wrapped inside and outside, which is pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, and easy to decontaminate.
Hand-held design: The top rotating handle can be lifted with one hand, which saves effort to moving.
Anti-shake lock: Built-in locking mechanism, the syringe does not slide or leak during transportation.
In the PET center and nuclear medicine department, syringes marked with high-energy radionuclides such as ¹⁸F and ⁶⁸Ga are safely transported from the dispensing room to the injection room or examination room. The extracted radioactive drugs are temporarily stored to reduce the radiation dose to the hands and whole body of the medical staff.
