WNiFe Tungsten Alloy Shield Part is made of different shapes of parts after forging, milling, grinding, car light, thread production, drilling, and other machining. Compared with lead shielding materials, it has better environmental protection, longer service life, higher shielding level and stronger corrosion resistance, and other advantages. WNiFe Tungsten Alloy Shield Part can shield gamma or beta rays harmful to nuclear medicine workers, mainly used in radiation therapy equipment, medical imaging equipment, and containers with radionuclides.
High density: The density is as high as 18.8g/cm³, which is 60% higher than lead, and the shielding effect is better under the same volume.
Excellent shielding performance: The absorption capacity of X-rays and gamma rays is 1.7 times that of lead. The stronger the rays, the more significant the shielding effect.
High strength and good toughness: The tensile strength is 700-1000MPa, with high hardness and good toughness.
High thermal stability: The thermal expansion coefficient is only 4-6×10⁻⁶/℃, and the thermal conductivity is 5 times that of mold steel.
