On September 5, 2025, Dorayshield. announced that a nuclear medicine fume hood independently developed by it has been successfully shipped to South Africa. The contract value is US$45,000. This is the company's first order for nuclear medicine equipment in Africa.

This fume hood integrates H14-level filtration, automatic negative pressure tracking, and an intelligent wind speed compensation system. It complies with ISO9001, CE, and South African NRCS radiation protection standards, providing double containment and real-time monitoring for high-activity 99mTc and 18F operations. The customer, a South African private hospital group, placed the order after a three-month remote factory inspection and performance comparison. The goods departed from Ningbo Port on September 5th and are expected to arrive at Durban Port on September 30th. Installation verification will then be completed, and the unit will be operational.
The person in charge of DorayShield said that this order marks the first entry of China's high-end nuclear medicine protection equipment into the South African market, setting a benchmark for subsequent layout in Africa; the company will continue to increase investment in research and development to promote more independent, innovative radioactive drug operation solutions to the world.
